Oklahoma man dies in Beckham County vehicle accident

Timothy Banks, 58, of Elk City, OK, was driving south about 6:15 p.m. on Pioneer Road about three miles north of Elk City when the vehicle went off the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
