Cleveland Mayor Jackson, Ohio Gov. Kasich to announce new schools reform plan at 3 p.m. today

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson and Ohio Gov. John Kasich will hold a 3 p.m. news conference today to announce an agreement reached late Thursday night to "reform education in the City of Cleveland." Ohio Speaker of the House William Batchelder, Cleveland Teachers Union President David Quolke and several other state legislators are also expected to attend the announcement.

Ohio gambling bill clears Senate
