Ex-fugitive convicted of taking nude photos of girl

NEWARK, Ohio – A Licking County Common Pleas Court jury found Robert Burns guilty today of three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, three counts of corruption of a minor and one count of corrupting another with drugs. Judge Thomas Marcelain sentenced Burns to 13 years and three months in prison, noting his lack of remorse.
