Fan’s Perspective: Analyzing the 2013 NASCAR Hall of Fame Class
NASCAR announced its fourth class for the NASCAR Hall of Fame on Wednesday, May 23 at the Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina, and as a fan, I'm left scratching my head a bit on one of the inductees. The 2013 class will be inducted during a ceremony on February 8, 2013 in Charlotte.
