The Missouri Veterans Commission invites the public to attend Memorial Day ceremonies Monday, May 28, at the five State Veterans Cemeteries – Bloomfield, Fort Leonard Wood, Higginsville, Jacksonville, and Springfield . The service at Jacksonville will begin at 9 a.m.

Justice for Pulaski County's Jane Doe
It's been a mystery for 31 years as to who killed an unidentified woman and dumped her body in rural Pulaski County. Now the Waynesville, MO community is hoping a new look at the cold case will help solve the crime. Rolla, St. James baseball fall in first round of district
Before it was all said and done, the Rolla High School baseball team was probably hoping to see a flame-thrower come out of the Marshfield bullpen. Instead, the Bulldogs were knuckled under. Second-seeded Rolla was upset by seventh-seeded Marshfield 2-0 Saturday in the first round of the Missouri Class 4 District 10 Tournament, held at Bandy Field in Waynesville.

Bulldog netters advance to Team District semifinals
The fifth-seeded Rolla High School boys’ tennis team advanced to the semifinals of the Missouri Class 2 District 10 Team Tournament by clipping fourth-seeded Waynesville 5-3 Monday at the Waynesville High tennis courts. Rolla, now 9-6 in dual-meet action, is scheduled to play top-seeded Springfield Glendale in a dual met at 4 p.m. today at Glendale. The Glendale Falcons received a first-round bye.
