Hurricane Bud forms off Pacific coast of Mexico
MIAMI – The U.S. National Hurricane Center says Hurricane Bud has formed off the southwestern coast of Mexico. The Miami-based agency said early Thursday the storm was packing sustained winds of 75 mph and was located in the Pacific Ocean about 385 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico.
