Name of Marshfield native and former state trooper to be added to memorial in Washington
The late Ellen Engelhardt was one of Massachusetts’ first female state troopers, joining the force in 1981. This year, the Marshfield native will become the state’s first female trooper to be added to the National Law Enforcement Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.

Native American group to hold Memorial Day weekend pow wow and crafts festival

Dennis-Yarmouth looks to make strong showing
The Dennis-Yarmouth High School girls’ track team had 10 different athletes, not to mention possibly seven more who are part of the relay teams, qualify for Saturday’s Eastern Massachusetts Division meet at Pembroke High School.
