Gazette.Net: Survivor of fiery crash in Chevy Chase sues police for negligence
This report was updated at 3:30 p.m. May 1, 2012. The survivor of a fatal crash involving a stolen vehicle in Chevy Chase in March filed a $10 million lawsuit against Montgomery County police this past week, alleging a police officer caused the crash by ramming the stolen car.
