Hyattsville Man Gets Life In Prison For Trafficking PCP, Crack Cocaine
Rico Toliver, 43, of Hyattsville, was sentenced to life in prison on Thursday for trafficking PCP and crack cocaine. Toliver had previously been convicted of five drug felonies.
