An incumbent and a former councilwoman were sworn in May 21 to take their seats on the Morningside Town Council. Incumbent Sheila Scott, with 80 votes, and former member Regina Foster, with 77 votes, are now serving with Councilmen James Ealey and Kevin Kline who will be up for reelection next May.
