Miami Home Prices Increase for Fifth Consecutive Month

City Envisions Improved Livability for the Palmetto Expressway
The Florida Department of Transportation and the Miami-Dade County Expressway are planning future improvements to the Palmetto Expressway from I-75 to the Golden Glades Interchange at I-95. The Project Development and Environmental Study, or PD&E, will evaluate lane additions, managed (toll) lanes, safety and bus rapid transit.
