Atascadero City Council adopts tiered pension plan

ATASCADERO — In an effort to save money down the road, the Atascadero City Council voted 5-0 on May 8 with little discussion to establish a two-tiered pension system for city employees. The plan will go in effect for all city employees hired after July 14.
