Pleasant Grove monument honors lost lives
PLEASANT GROVE, Ala. (WIAT)- Eleven people lost their lives on April 27, 2011 in Pleasant Grove. Those eleven are being honored with a monument at city hall, the brainchild of a local boy scout. Heather Parker, 18, was a passenger in a vehicle that had sped away after police had stopped it on April 16. The driver died April 22.
